For several decades, people have been consistent with their holiday traditions together with their gifts and wishes. However, many are still left outside the dark and cold despite all people’s wishes and gifts.
Indigenous people, youth, people of different races, queer folks, women, and people with disabilities continue to face poverty, discrimination, exclusion, and health inaccessibility.
Compared to some citizens who live comfortably, these groups of people have suffered an adverse impact more due to the negligence of unwritten social rules. The hindrances that are faced by millions of people who belong in society’s poverty line do not require charity only.
These “barriers” also concern justice. Shelter, food, and medical services access are not the kind of things everyone gives generously. Is there still hope for people to enjoy good health, peace, and quality of living finally?
